These terms will apply because you (“End User”) are licensing, using, or are provided access from Michigan State University (“MSU”) to software, documentation, data, models, copyrighted works, information, or services known as Enviroweather (the “Product”). By using the Product, each End User agrees to abide by terms of this Agreement.
