This is an Agreement between JANUS Software, Inc. dba JANUS Associates, a Florida corporation with offices at 2 Omega Drive, Stamford, CT 06907 (hereinafter JANUS), an independent consulting firm, and Public School Teachers' Pension And Retirement Fund of Chicago, also known as Chicago Teachers’ Pension Fund (“CTPF”) a public pension fund created pursuant to the Illinois Pension Code (hereinafter Client).
