This LEASE AGREEMENT (“Lease”) is made and entered into as of April 1, 2018 (the “Effective Date”), by and between the CITY OF GALT, a municipal corporation (“City” or “Landlord”), and A.N.T. PALLETS, a California corporation (“Tenant”). As used throughout this Lease, “party” and “parties” shall refer to City and/or Tenant.
