This International Exchange Coordinator Independent Contractor Agreement (the “IEC Agreement”) between you and EF Educational Foundation for Foreign Study, a Non-Profit Corporation, which is referred to in this Agreement as EF High School Exchange Year (“EF HSEY”), concerns your services as an INTERNATIONAL EXCHANGE COORDINATOR (“IEC”) for EF HSEY in your capacity as an independent contractor. As an IEC for EF HSEY, you will provide services to the exchange students, host families and schools that are participants in the EF High School Exchange Year Program, and you agree to the following:
