THIS AGREEMENT and the provisions thereof, when signed by the authorized representatives of the Cooperative and the Union and approved by the President of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, shall be binding upon the Cooperative, its successors and assigns and shall take effect January 1, 2021, and shall remain in full force and effect until and including December 31, 2025, and shall continue in full force and effect from year to year thereafter until it has been canceled or amended by the giving of sixty (60) days written notice from one party to the other.
