Exhibit 10.3 DIRECTOR AND/OR OFFICER INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT This Indemnification Agreement ("Agreement") is made as of November 3, 2009 by and between ENSCO INTERNATIONAL INCORPORATED, a Delaware corporation (the "Company"), and Daniel W. Rabun ("Indemnitee").
