WAIVER OF COSTS AND FEES (“First Addendum”) is made and entered into this day of 2020, with an effective date retroactive to June 10, 2020, by and between the CITY OF MERIDIAN, a municipal corporation of the State of Idaho (“City”); and the ADA COUNTY HIGHWAY DISTRICT, a body politic and corporate of the State of Idaho (“ACHD”). City and ACHD may be referred to collectively herein as the “Parties.”
