This “AGREEMENT” is made this 6th day of January, in the year 2023 by and between Arizona Board of Regents, a body corporate, for and on behalf of Arizona State University ("Owner"), located at 1551 S Rural Road, Tempe, Arizona 85281 and Skyline Builders & Restoration, Inc. ("Contractor"), located at 2401 North 24th Avenue, Phoenix, AZ 85009, (each a “Party” or collectively the “Parties”). The terms of this Agreement are to be construed consistently with the other Contract Documents enumerated in Article 2 of this Agreement.
