Diamond Fortress Technologies, Inc. (“DFT”) has developed a set of software development tools, including, but not limited to, system files, application programming interfaces (“APIs”), libraries, sample code, and related technology called the “Software Development Kit” (the “API/SDK”) in connection with its proprietary computer program known as “Onyx™” or “OnyxHD™” and various versions thereof (collectively “Onyx”). This API/SDK (as one of three versions defined below) is licensed, not sold, to you (the “User”). User’s license to the API/SDK is subject to User’s prior and continued acceptance of this Onyx™ Software Development Kit License Agreement (“Agreement”) and the terms of use in this Agreement (the “terms”). Pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, User may use the API/SDK to create plug-ins and associated applications that interact with and enhance the use of Onyx.
