THIS AMENDMENT NO. 3 is entered into by and between the Texas Facilities Commission, a state agency located at 1711 San Jacinto Boulevard, Austin, Texas 78701 (hereinafter referred to as “TFC”), as Owner (as defined in 2015 Uniform General Conditions, Section 1.28) and McKinney Architects, Inc., d/b/a McKinney York Architects, located at 1301 East 7th Street, Austin, Texas 78702 (hereinafter referred to as “A/E”) (collectively referred to as the “Parties”), to amend the Agreement for professional architectural and engineering services dated May 22, 2018 (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”), as amended.
