THIS AGREEMENT is entered into on , 20**, by and between * (the “Donor/s”) and the Community Foundation of Greater Rochester, Inc. (the “Foundation”), to establish * Non-Endowed/Endowed Fund (the “Fund”) within the Foundation. At or prior to the execution of this Agreement, the Donor/s have given to the Foundation a check for $* to create the Fund. The Donor/s may add to the Fund from time to time and it is hoped other individuals and organizations will also add to the Fund. The Donors and the Foundation hereby agree as follows:
