These Terms and Conditions of Use (this “Agreement”) constitute our disclosure to you with respect to our issuance and your use of the enclosed Payzer prepaid Visa Commercial Card (“Card”). The value available for your use on the Card at any one time (the “Available Balance”) is limited to the dollar amount of prepaid funds provided by your employer (“Sponsoring Employer”), less amounts deducted for withdrawals, purchases and fees. With the Card, you may access the Available Balance everywhere Visa debit is accepted for purchases at merchant point-of-sale (“POS”) locations.
