THIS AGREEMENT is entered into by and between City of Gainesville, a municipal government of the State of Florida, hereinafter called the "CITY" and Alachua County, a charter county and a political subdivision of the State of Florida, by and through its Board of County Commissioners, hereinafter referred to as the "COUNTY". Collectively, the County and City are hereinafter referred to as the "Parties."
