This amendment (“Amendment”) adds the Office 365 Data Processing Agreement (with EU Standard Contractual Clauses) (“Office 365 DPA”) to the enrollment identified above (“Enrollment”). The Amendment is between the parties identified on the attached signature form. The parties agree that the Office 365 DPA supplements the Enrollment and applies to only the Office 365 Services, defined below, Customer buys under the Enrollment.
