This Merchant Card Processing Agreement (“MPA”) is for merchant card payment processing services among the merchant (“Merchant”) that signed the Application for Merchant Card Processing (“Merchant Application”), Michigan Retailers Services, Inc. (“ISO”) the Merchant Bank, and Processor. The Merchant Application and the MPA are part of the “Merchant Agreement” as defined below.
