| West Chester, PA 19383 | 610-436-3307 | fax: 610-430-5945 | www.wcupa.edu/residencelife This document constitutes an agreement between the undersigned student-Resident (hereinafter called "Resident") and West Chester University (hereinafter called "University"), acting by and through RLH, (hereinafter “RLH”) and sets for the Terms and Conditions on which the Resident will occupy the premises (bed assignment) in the WCU Managed student residence halls and apartments. As a Resident student in WCU Managed Housing, you are required to sign a Student Occupancy Agreement before checking into your building. Sometimes, or as situations warrant, the University reserves the right to amend, or change or update the terms and conditions of this Agreement, including room rates and fees.
