The volunteer identified below is at least 18 years old, or if volunteer is younger than 18 (the “Minor”), the Minor’s parents or legal guardian has read this agreement and has signed it on behalf of him/herself and the Minor. The adult volunteer or the Minor’s parent or legal guardian, will be referred to herein as “Adult”. Adult and Minor are collectively referred to as the “Undersigned”. “Volunteer” refers to the person actually participating in the volunteer or intern activities for the NSCD at Winter Park Resort (“Resort”) or elsewhere.
