This agreement is made and entered into as of this day of , 2022 by and between the Glen Ellyn Park District, DuPage, Illinois ("the District"), and David Harris, DuPage County, Illinois ("HARRIS") and effective January 1, 2022. The District and HARRIS are hereinafter sometimes jointly referred to as the "parties."
