These Terms of Service (“TOS”) represent a contract between COMP-Connection, Inc. (“CCI Tech”) an California Corporation Company and You, Your heirs, agents, successors and assigns (“You”), and is made effective the date You begin utilizing software or services from CCI Tech. These TOS establish the terms and conditions of Your utilization of CCI Tech services (“Services”) and CCI Tech software (“Software”) and outlines CCI Tech’s obligations to You and Your obligations to CCI Tech with respect to the Service and Software that You utilize.
