This Agreement governs the relationship between ENO and Subscriber Organization, both on behalf of itself and as authorized agent for Subscribers (as defined in Section 1.22 below) and the CSG Facility Owner (as defined in Section 1.6 below), if applicable, with respect to the Output generated by the community solar generating facility (the “CSG Facility”) installed, or to be installed, at the location described in Exhibit A attached hereto, with a generating capacity rating of [not to exceed two megawatts as measured by the alternating current rating of the inverter (MWAC)].
