This Sponsorship Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into this 31st day of August 2023, by and between the City of Palm Desert (“City”), a California public entity, and Desert Publications, Inc., a California corporation dba Palm Springs Life, with its principal place of business at 303 North Indian Canyon Drive, Palm Springs, California 92262 ("Consultant").
