(Hereinafter "Hospital”) and (hereinafter "Resident"), which for purposes of this Agreement refers to all postdoctoral trainees. The term "Resident" shall be used to include those individuals who have completed a residency, who are completing advanced subspecialty training and who are commonly termed "Fellows".
