It is my/our purpose and intention to vest all the incidents of absolute ownership of the property in Fort Hays State University, including copyright and including without limitation the right to reproduce, adapt, publish, perform or publicly display the property. Furthermore, I/we understand that those who meet requirements set by Forsyth Library will have full access to this collection in accordance with the Library’s policies.
