THIS AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is entered into this day of ,20 by and between ANTERO GROUP LLC ("ANTERO") and the CITY OF SANGER, TEXAS, a municipal corporation of the State of Texas ("SANGER"). For convenience, Antero and Sanger may sometimes be referred to herein collectively as “parties” and individually as a “party.”
