This LOCAL GOVERNMENT DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT ("Agreement") is made and entered into this day of , 2018, by and between MOSAIC FERTILIZER, LLC, LLC, a Delaware Limited Liability Company authorized to do business in the State of Florida ("Mosaic" or "Developer'') and HARDEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, a political subdivision of the State of Florida ("County") pursuant to the Florida Local Government Development Agreement Act (Section 163.3220, F.S., et seq.). Mosaic and the County are collectively referred to herein as the “Parties.”
