In exercise of the rights and power conferred upon the Assignee under the Facilities Agreement, Deed of Assignment (First Party Assignment) and Power of Attorney (First Party) all dated 21st March 2003, entered between the Assignee and the said Assignor/Borrower and in respect of the Sale and Purchase Agreement between Assignor and Perbadanan Kemajuan Negeri Selangor (“the Vendor”) and Jernih Matang-PGMS Sdn Bhd (“the Pembina Turnkey”) dated 27th April 2002, it is hereby proclaimed that the Assignee/Bank with the assistance of the under mentioned Auctioneer.
