THIS LICENSE AND SERVICES AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made and entered into effective as of , 2018 (“Effective Date”) by and between Leman Educational Services, Inc., an Arizona nonprofit corporation (“Licensor”), and Leman Classical School, a Colorado nonprofit corporation and charter school d/b/a Leman Academy of Excellence (“Licensee”). Licensor and Licensee are collectively referred to as the “Parties” and individually referred to as “Party.”
