A TEXAS LIMITED PARTNERSHIP This AMENDED AGREEMENT OF LIMITED PARTNERSHIP OF SRE PROPERTIES PARTNERSHIP NO. 1, L.P. (this "Agreement") restates the AGREEMENT OF LIMITED PARTNERSHIP OF SRE PROPERTIES PARTNERSHIP NO.1, L.P. made and entered into as of as of June 29, 2000 by and among the Partners (a capitalized term used in this Agreement has the meaning ascribed to it in Article I unless its meaning is ascribed to it elsewhere in this Agreement).
