THIS FUNDING AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) made and executed this 16th day of June, 2022, by and between the CITY OF DETROIT, a Michigan municipal corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Michigan acting by and through its MUNICIPAL PARKING DEPARTMENT (hereinafter the “City”) and the CITY OF DETROIT BUILDING AUTHORITY, a public authority and body corporate of the State of Michigan, organized and existing under the authority of Act 31, Public Acts of Michigan, 1948 (First Extra Session), as amended (hereinafter the “AUTHORITY”), each referred to individually as a “Party” and occasionally referred together as the “Parties”.
