This Agreement in Support of Childcare in Clear Creek County (“Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between Clear Creek County, a political subdivision of the State of Colorado, by and through its Board of County Commissioners (“County”), and Clear Creek Schools Foundation, a Colorado nonprofit corporation (“CCSF”). County and CCSF shall be referred to collectively herein as the “Parties.”
