Each address in Candlelight Oaks is eligible for a pool membership, provided that all association fees are current. For 2017, a membership activation fee of $100 will apply to Candlelight Oaks residents who choose to participate in pool membership. All adults 18 years of age or older must sign the application to agree to the waiver, indemnification, and proper pool behavior.
