WITNESSETH: That the said Contractor has agreed and by these presents does agree, with the said Owner for the consideration hereinafter named, to furnish all the materials and do all the work of whatever kind necessary to complete, in a good substantial and workmanlike manner, ready for use, and in strict accordance with the specifications heretofore prepared therefore, and according to the plans, profiles and drawings on file in the office of the Engineer and subject to all the terms and conditions of said specifications, and to the approval of said Engineer, for the construction of Chapelgate Drive Extension in strict accordance with the Contract Documents dated and Addenda thereto
