MacBook Loan Agreement

The above listed items are being loaned to the student named below in good working order. It is agreed that we (the student, parent/guardian) are responsible for the care of the equipment. We will take all means necessary to ensure the safety of the laptop and its accessories, including but not limited to protecting the items from theft, damage, moisture, and temperature extremes. We agree not to transfer the laptop or accessories to any non-party to this Agreement. We agree that the student will be the sole user of the laptop. Should the items be damaged, lost or stolen we will report this to the student’s teacher immediately. Damage or loss of this equipment may result in the student forfeiting his/her laptop privilege as well as applicable charges at the prices listed below. We shall be required to reimburse the District, in full, for any damage or loss of equipment, as detailed below, within 30 days of the damage and/or loss of equipment.
