This Settlement Agreement and Consent Order (the “Agreement”) is entered into this 14th day of March, 2024, by and between the Maryland Office of Financial Regulation (the “OFR” or the “Agency”), and Four Technologies, Inc. (the “Respondent”). The OFR and Respondent (together, the “Parties”) consent to the entry of the Agreement as a final resolution of the matters discussed below. The terms of the Agreement are contractual and not mere recitals.
