This Lease Disposition and Development Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into as of the Effective Date listed on the title page of this Agreement by and between the CITY OF OAKLAND, an independent municipal corporation (“City of Oakland” ( for ease of reference in the body of this Agreement only, “City”), and OMSS, LLC, a California limited liability company (the “Developer”), (each individually referred to as “Party” and collectively referred to as the “Parties”).
