This Master Services Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between Customer and Total Communication Solutions, LLC d/b/a SUPPLIER, its Suppliers, service providers, and/or licensors including, without limitation, Zoom (collectively referred to as “Supplier”). The agreement is effective on the date that the Customer signs the Order Form (as defined below) which incorporates by reference this Agreement (“Effective Date”) and governs the Services (as listed in the Order Form) to be provided by Supplier. By executing an Order Form, Customer is accepting and agreeing to this Agreement and the terms of such Order Form which, upon execution by Customer, is incorporated into and subject to this Agreement. Each Order Form executed by Customer shall be effective as of the effective date specified therein or, if no effective date is specified, the date Customer executes the Order Form.
