This Software Free License Agreement (this “Agreement”), as of the date set forth in the end of this Agreement, is made and entered into by and between Prometech Software, Inc. (“Prometech”), a corporation organized and existing under the laws of Japan, having its principal office at Hongo Dai-ichi Building, 8F, 34-3, Hongo 3-chome, Bunkyo-ku, Tokyo and User (the “Licensee”), a corporation organized and existing under the laws of Poland, having its principal office in Poland in connection with the license of the software owned by Prometech.
