This Agreement consists of the General Terms and Conditions, and all applicable Schedules and exhibits hereto DHS and Company are sometimes referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”. Neither Party shall be bound by any preprinted provisions of any purchase order, acknowledgment, nor other similar form.
