THIS SERVICE AGREEMENT (the "Service Agreement") is made between: (a) DREAMAKER EQUITY CROWDFUNDING COMPANY LIMITED, a private limited company incorporated under the laws of Thailand having its registered address located at 219/2 Soi Asok Sukhumvit 21 (Asok) Road Khlong Toei Nua, Vadhana, Bangkok 10110 who provides Services through a Platform (as defined below); and (b) You, as a user of the Platform with an aim to invest in Securities through a Platform.
