NOTICE: This Adobe Partner Connection Program Reseller Agreement, the Adobe Partner Connection Reseller Program Guide, and the terms and conditions, rules or documents incorporated by reference in this Agreement (together, the “Agreement”) form a legally binding contract between you (“Reseller”) and Adobe Systems Software Ireland Limited (“Adobe”) in relation to your resale of Adobe software products (“Software Products”; as defined below). In order to resell Software Products under the Adobe Partner Connection Program, you must first agree to the terms and conditions of the Agreement, by clicking to accept where this option is made available to you. You may not resell Software Products if you do not accept the Agreement.
