PARTIES: This agreement between , the owner or legally appointed representative of the premises, hereafter called LANDLORD and Garden State Property Management, hereafter called the BROKER, whereby the LANDLORD appoints the BROKER, its agents, successors, and assigns EXCLUSIVE AGENT to rent, lease, operate, control and manage the following property. LANDLORD affirms that they are the exclusive owners of the premises and all co-owners shall sign this agreement. The LANDLORD hereby states that the premises are not currently for sale or in arrears and agree to sign the Solvency Statement attached as an ADDENDUM (1). LANDLORD warrants that the unit to be managed is a legal rental unit and rental of the same will not be in violation of any rules, laws, or ordinances. The Property Information Sheet is attached to and made part of this agreement ADDENDUM (2).
