This KDDI Cloud Platform Service (“KCPS”) Master Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) is entered into by and between the Party(s) identified below (the “Customer”) and KDDI America, Inc. (the “Company”). KCPS is a cloud platform related services, provided by KDDI America, Inc. (the “Company”), subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein, including all attachments referenced herein.
