THIS SECOND AMENDMENT TO LEASE (this “Amendment”) is made this 4th day of December, 2013, between PRINCETON SOUTH INVESTORS, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Landlord”) and ANTARES PHARMA, INC., a Delaware corporation (“Tenant”).
