The original Agreement, which was signed on 29 June 2007, documents a compromise reached between the LRA and the government of Uganda to address “serious crimes, human rights violations and adverse socio-economic and political impacts” of the more than 20-year conflict in northern Uganda.1 The new Annex sets out a framework for implementing the Agreement.”2
