THIS CONSULTING SERVICES AGREEMENT ("Agreement") is made and entered into as of the 15th of January, 2019, by and between the Board of Charles County Commissioners of Charles County, MD. duly organized and existing under the laws of the Maryland, its subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively, "Client "), and Greenwill Consulting Group, LLC ("Consultant"), a limited liability company registered under the laws of the State of Maryland. For purposes of the obligations of the Consultant pursuant to this Agreement, the term “Consultant” shall be deemed to include any employees, intermediaries, agents, or firms of Consultant.
