This Revenue Sharing and Budget Stabilization Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into and effective this day of 202_, by and between the Kenwood Fire Protection District (“District”), a fire district organized and operated pursuant to the Fire Protection District Law of 1987, and the County of Sonoma (“County”), a political subdivision of the State of California. District and County are sometimes collectively referred to herein as the “Parties.”
