These Terms and Conditions (this "Agreement") are a legal binding contract between you and Applied DNA Sciences, Inc. a Delaware corporation having offices at 50 Health Sciences Drive, Stony Brook, New York USA 11790 ("Applied DNA") that governs all aspects of your use of the LineaTM COVID-19 Assay Kit (the “Product”). By using the Product, you are entering into a binding contract with Applied DNA. If you do not accept the terms and conditions of this agreement, do not use the Product.
