Rescue Cats Rock Foster Care Program was created to place animals into approved foster situation prior to adoption. The Foster Care Program allows approved applicants to take an animal into their home until the animal is old enough or healthy enough to have all required shots and be spay/neutered by a licensed veterinarian and/or become socialized into a home environment. At that point, the fostered animal will become available for public adoption.
