By submitting your request to receive documentation electronically using your account and PIN you consent and agree to permit BayPort Credit Union to provide disclosures, notices, and periodic account statements, to you in electronic form, in lieu of providing these documents in written form. Your consent and agreement shall relate to all forms of disclosures, notices, and statements required under applicable law as a result of the various agreements between you and the Credit Union and shall remain valid until such time as you exercise your right to revoke this consent. You elect and authorize us, at our discretion, to electronically deliver your disclosures, notices, and periodic account statement that we are required to provide you under applicable Federal and State statues and their implementing regulations, as amended from time to time, including but not limited to:
