which it has notified the other party and the time for performance of that obligation shall be extended accordingly. In relation to any computer software provided by AMI to the Customer, AMI gives no warranty, express or implied, including, but not limited to, its merchantable quality, fitness for purpose and non-infringement and AMI shall have no liability for any special, incidental, indirect or consequential loss or damage whatsoever arising out of the use of or inability to use such software even if AMI has been advised of the possibility of such loss or damage.
